By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your order:

​Bespoke Craftsmanship (Made-to-Order): Many of our signature pieces are not mass-produced. They are hand-sewn specifically for you. Please account for a 2–4 week production and delivery window. Once hand-cutting and sewing begin, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

​Ready-to-Ship Essentials: Items marked as "Ready to Ship" are dispatched within 24 hours via TCS for rapid delivery.

​International Logistics & Returns: As a UK-registered brand (HANA Studio LTD), we provide Store Credit for all eligible returns to avoid the lengthy delays of international bank processing.

​Transaction Fees: Please be advised that non-fault returns or unreceived paid orders are subject to a deduction of Rs. 250 (Shipping) and 2.5% (Platform Fees).

​The Kiara Quality Standard: We partner with TCS to ensure your garment arrives safely. In the event of an exchange, the full reverse-logistics and quality-check cycle typically takes 20–25 days.
